1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Academy of Talents website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Nature of Services

Academy of Talents provides EXCLUSIVELY informational and educational services based on the unique 4D model: I realize → I feel → I accept → I act. Our services include:

• Educational consultations and guidance with psychologist, astrologer, sexologist, coach, nutritionist, methodologist, and game practitioner
• Informational analysis based on digital psychology and cosmic psychology
• Personal development programs for children and teenagers aged 6-18
• Family support and parent consultations
• Career guidance and talent development

CRITICALLY IMPORTANT: Our services are EXCLUSIVELY informational, educational, consultative and entertainment in nature. We do NOT provide:

• Medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy of any kind
• Psychotherapeutic or psychiatric services
• Licensed clinical or medical services
• Legal, financial or other professional advice
• Guarantees of results, healing or condition improvement

Our experts do NOT diagnose, do NOT prescribe treatment, do NOT write prescriptions and do NOT replace qualified medical, psychological or psychiatric care. All information provided is general in nature and is NOT personal medical advice.

If you or your child require medical, psychotherapeutic or psychiatric assistance, you are OBLIGATED to consult appropriate licensed professionals. Use of our Services does NOT replace professional medical care.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, the user accepts full responsibility for all decisions and actions based on information provided. The user confirms understanding and agreement with the following provisions:

• The user independently makes decisions regarding application of information received, acting at their own risk and under their own responsibility
• The user releases Academy of Talents, its owners, employees, partners and affiliates from liability for consequences of decisions and actions taken by the user
• Results from using Services are individual in nature, may vary significantly among different users and are not subject to guarantee
• When professional medical or psychological assistance becomes necessary, the user undertakes to timely consult appropriate licensed experts
• The user has reached the age of full legal capacity (18 years) or acts with consent of parents or legal representatives
• All information provided by the user is accurate, complete and truthful
• The user undertakes not to make claims, lawsuits or demands against Academy of Talents in connection with Services use, except in cases directly provided by mandatory norms of applicable law
• Use of Services is carried out by the user voluntarily, on their own initiative and at their own risk
• The user acknowledges that Academy Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or legal assistance

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided in their current state without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Academy of Talents makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided
• The suitability of our Services for your particular needs
• Any specific results or outcomes from using our Services

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including laws of the Kingdom of Spain, European Union, Russian Federation and CIS countries, Academy of Talents, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or other damages of any nature
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, reputation or income
• Physical, psychological or emotional harm, injuries, stress or distress of any kind
• Decisions, actions or inactions taken by the user based on Services or information received
• Content, actions or services of third parties, including engaged experts
• Technical failures, service interruptions, loss of access or information security incidents
• Unsatisfactory results, absence of expected results or negative consequences of Services use
• Changes in health condition, psychological state or life situation of the user
• Conflicts in family, with children or third parties arising in connection with Services use
• Lawsuits, claims, demands or accusations from users or third parties

The sole remedy available to the user in case of dissatisfaction with Services is cessation of their use. Maximum liability of Academy of Talents in any case is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for Services within the last thirty (30) calendar days preceding the occurrence of grounds for claim.

The user acknowledges and agrees that Academy of Talents does not bear liability for consequences arising from use or inability to use Services, regardless of whether the Academy was notified of the possibility of such consequences occurring.

6. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Academy of Talents, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates and representatives from any claims, lawsuits, demands, damages, liabilities, expenses and costs, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, arising from:

• Use or inability to use Services by the user
• Violation by the user of provisions of these Terms
• Violation by the user of rights of third parties
• Information or content provided by the user
• Actions or inactions of the user based on Academy Services
• Claims from third parties related to user's use of Services
• Consequences for the user, their child or third parties arising in connection with Services use

The user undertakes to promptly notify the Academy of any claims or lawsuits and provide full cooperation in defending the Academy's interests. This obligation remains in force after cessation of Services use.

7. No Professional Relationship

Use of our Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship. Our services are educational and informational only.

8. Payment and Refunds

All payments for Services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by written agreement signed by authorized representative of Academy of Talents. By making payment, the user confirms that:

• The user fully understands the informational-educational nature of Services provided
• The user accepts full responsibility for their decision to purchase Services
• The user will not demand refund for reasons not provided by mandatory norms of applicable consumer protection legislation
• The user understands that payment for Services does not guarantee achievement of any specific results
• The decision to purchase Services was made by the user voluntarily and independently

The Academy reserves the right to change Service prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to already paid Services. The Academy is not responsible for technical issues during payment processing, actions of payment systems or credit institutions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our Services are owned by Academy of Talents and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Arbitration

These Terms are EXCLUSIVELY governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and the European Union, WITHOUT regard to conflict of law principles and WITHOUT application of laws of ANY other country, including Russia and CIS countries.

ANY disputes, disagreements, claims or lawsuits arising from or in connection with these Terms, including questions of their validity, interpretation, performance or termination, shall be subject to EXCLUSIVE resolution in the courts of Madrid, Kingdom of Spain. You UNCONDITIONALLY agree to EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction of Madrid courts and WAIVE the right to dispute resolution in ANY other courts, including courts of Russia, CIS countries or your country of residence.

As an alternative to litigation, ALL disputes MAY be submitted to MANDATORY arbitration in accordance with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules with arbitration seat in Madrid, Spain. Arbitration decision is FINAL, BINDING and NOT subject to appeal. Arbitration language is English or Spanish.

You EXPRESSLY waive the right to participate in ANY class actions, group actions or representative actions. ALL disputes must be resolved INDIVIDUALLY.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Academy of Talents regarding the use of our Services.

15. Voluntary Nature and Informed Consent

You EXPRESSLY confirm and declare that:

• You use our Services VOLUNTARILY, on your own initiative, WITHOUT any coercion
• You have FULLY read, understood and agree with ALL provisions of these Terms
• You had SUFFICIENT time to review Terms and consult with lawyer if necessary
• You CONSCIOUSLY accept ALL risks associated with Services use
• You act in SOUND mind, SOBER memory and WITHOUT influence of delusions
• Nobody gave you ANY guarantees, promises or assurances NOT stated in these Terms
• You do NOT rely on ANY oral or written statements NOT included in these Terms

16. Waiver of Rights and Claims

By using our Services, you UNCONDITIONALLY and IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ALL rights to make ANY claims, lawsuits, demands or accusations against Academy of Talents, its owners, employees, partners and affiliates, related to:

• Quality, content or results of Services
• ANY consequences of Services use for you, your child or third parties
• Actions or inactions of our experts
• ANY losses, damages or harm of ANY nature
• Violation of ANY your rights or legal interests

This waiver is COMPLETE, FINAL and IRREVOCABLE. You CANNOT revoke this waiver or challenge its validity.
